In our webshop you will find a wide selection of amateur radio-related products and electronic components. Every customer is welcome, so business customers and individuals.
We do not use an order minimum and offer various payment options through service provider Mollie BV. Credit card payments are only accepted through the Paypal option.
We do apply a few rules when ordering products on this website.
1) Electronic components cannot be exchanged or returned.
2) Products that are tailor-made, modified or specially ordered for you cannot be returned.
3) There are products that require you to have a valid broadcasting license. This is stated separately for these products. A valid call sign must be specified in the comments field when ordering. Orders that require this will be canceled if they are not met.
Shipping and return information:
To deliver your order safely to your home, we ship within the Netherlands with Post NL with increased liability. You must therefore always sign for the receipt of your order. For orders that are delivered outside the Netherlands, we use DPD shipping service or Post NL, depending on the conditions and price.
We hope, of course, that you are so satisfied that you do not have to return any products, but we also apply the "buy remotely" law. Please note that return costs are for your account and the reimbursement of the original shipping costs only takes place when you return the entire order and not when returning part of the order. (See point 4 in the general conditions for more information.)
When you return an order or part thereof, you must send it by a reliable shipping company like UPS, DHL, DPD or ask us for advice. Always use increased liability / registered as extra with an insurance policy for at least the value of the returned order. From a legal point of view, you are liable for returned orders and we do not reimburse damaged or missing returns.
Do not forget to inform us in advance by email that you want to return products. Do not forget to include your order and invoice number. As soon as we have received your returned products, they will be checked and if they meet the return conditions, you will receive a refund in accordance with the applicable legal rules.
